Site Rules:
Terms of Service
1) You agree to keep a profile picture uploaded at all times that complies with the Site Rules (Terms of Service). If you are found to be in violation of this rule, you get 24 hours to fix the issue before suspension.
2) As of 4/11/24, any selfies used as profile pictures for users must be clothes-free. This means you cannot wear a closed shirt, pants, shorts, dresses, skirts, underwear, and one-piece or two-piece bathing suits. There are some exceptions which include hats and towels around the shoulders. You can also use a nature picture. (Updated 5/30/25).
3) You agree not to post any erotic or sexual content (Administrator will determine what falls under this category.)
4) Members are not allowed to post close-up genital-only pictures.
5) Photo uploads with covered faces are only allowed if blurring is used rather than pen/scribbling/emojis.
6) Photos of males with erections are not allowed.
7) Promoting your own paid site (O.F. or similar) is not allowed unless cleared with the administrator.
8) Photos of you posing with guns is prohibited.
9) Impersonating other members will result in suspension.
10) No swearing.
11) No hate speech, harassment, scamming, sexual comments, or spamming.
12) The posting of images featuring nudist minors is, as of today (1/1/26), banned in all groups except for the private and hidden Family Nudists group (does not include non-photographs in the Artistic Nudes group). Such pictures which are not of your own kids are now banned from private conversations (DMs). Private (Friends or Selected friends) profile-based posts (through your profile page or the main feed) which include pictures of nudist minors will now be limited to one post per week per member. Whether a posted picture will be allowed or is appropriate will be up the site admin. Such posts which are mistakenly-published with public visibility will be deleted. No pictures posted anywhere on the site are allowed which could be interpreted by the majority of site users as being erotic, sexual, or feature genital gratification. Comments on photos which the admin deems to be suggestive will be deleted. Some previously posted pictures may be deleted. If a member files a report about banned images in a private conversation, that may be looked into to remove any such images.
13) If you break the terms of service, your account (paid or not) could be suspended or canceled. Paid accounts will not be refunded.
14) As of 5/23/24, any post which could be interpreted as negatively portraying this site or NudeTube may be edited or deleted.
15) Male genitalia cannot be enclosed in a condom in posted pictures.
16) You agree to only upload a profile picture of yourself or your partner if you have a couple account. You cannot use a stock image (Getty Images, Adobe, etc) for your profile picture.
17) Before sending any nude pictures of you or your family, you must ask the person you are chatting with if it is okay. This is not a sex site. Please, hold sexual conversations off-site.
18) As of 9/8/24, members cannot use an AI-generated person photo for their profile picture and no members can post AI-generated people photos on the site without approval from the admin.
19) As of 11/20/24, anyone who collects numerous follows but refuses all friend requests (has zero friends) will be deleted from the site within a few weeks of joining.
20) As of 11/27/24, members are not allowed to give their third-party encrypted chat handles or invite others to join those outside chats in public and private posts on this site. There are eight encrypted chat services whose names have been added to the site's invisible word ban filter. People trying to get around this by misspelling the service's name may be suspended by the admin.
21) If it is discovered that you are attempting to post, have posted, or sent illegal images (including CSAM) in messaging, your profile will be deleted without notice. If you leave sexual comments/emojis on picture posts of minors, they will be deleted and your account may be suspended. The user activities described above conflict with the terms of use from the site hosting company. This rule takes effect 2/12/25.
